We had a wonderful city break with amazing scenery. We loved the charming and clean eating area and the friendly staff who were always willing to accommodate our requests. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the lake and close enough to city attractions.
Sadly, there was a lack of language proficiency amongst the hotel staff which made communication difficult at times. we were disappointed to find that there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room and the beds were rather firm for our liking.

Authentic and charming atmosphere, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Spacious rooms with clean and beautiful decor. The lounge area was great, with a library and a little playground ideal for families traveling with children. The nearby lake offered stunning views, and the local restaurant had a fantastic offer of local food.
The church bell nearby could be disturbing for light sleepers. Some language barriers with the staff, but nothing too major.

Lovely guesthouse with stunning lake views. Spacious rooms and tasty food. Early check-in and friendly staff. Relaxing and beautiful location.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from allowing me to check in early to recommending the best local transportation. The cleanliness of this hotel is top-notch, with even the smallest details taken care of. The hotel facilities were also wonderful, from the cozy lounge with a piano and library to the children's playground outside. Breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to each day. The location of this hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the lake and charming surroundings.

This hotel provides you with an authentic Austrian experience with its charming interior decoration and location close to the lake. Guests can make the most of the lounge zone with a library, piano and children's playground. the rooms are well-sized and cleaned, with fast service at the restaurant. Breakfast is a delicious continental buffet.
The language barrier with the staff may be a bit tricky to navigate, as not everyone speaks English fluently.
